Yoga

Why yoga? — Yoga is a holistic discipline that combines physical postures, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness to promote balance, flexibility, strength, and relaxation. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, our classes are designed to meet you where you are and support you on your journey.

  • Rooted in classical yoga, our Hatha classes offer two styles: the structured 26x2 sequence and a traditional, breath-centered practice. Both emphasize strength, balance, and focus.

The Hot Hatha 26 format follows a set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room, promoting flexibility, detoxification, and a meditative rhythm through repetition and guided dialogue.

Traditional Hatha slows things down with longer-held postures and attention to alignment. A steady, grounding practice suitable for all levels.

Both styles support physical and mental clarity. Hydrate well before class—especially for these heated sessions.

  • Rooted in the tradition of Ashtanga Yoga, Power Yoga is a vigorous, fitness-forward practice that blends strength, flexibility, and mindful breath. This dynamic, vinyasa-style class links movement and breath in flowing sequences designed to build heat, stamina, and focus.

Each class offers a creative and challenging experience—expect longer holds, balance work, and opportunities to explore your edge.

Come prepared to sweat, move with purpose, and leave feeling empowered.

  • A calming, all-levels class designed to support mobility, breath, and presence. Gentle Flow focuses on slow, intentional movement and foundational postures that build strength and flexibility without strain.

With gentle transitions and mindful breathwork, this warm practice encourages relaxation, body awareness, and a sense of ease. Ideal for beginners, those returning to their mat, or anyone seeking a more grounded, nurturing experience.

Leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and deeply restored.

  • A creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in sequence. There is no standard sequence in Vinyasa yoga, so the style, pace and intensity will all vary depending on the teacher.

Pilates

Hot Pilates is a dynamic and challenging workout that combines traditional Pilates exercises with high-intensity interval training in a heated room. This class is designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and increase cardiovascular fitness, all while promoting mental focus and stress relief. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a safe and effective workout that will leave you feeling invigorated and empowered.

Sound Healing

An ancient practice using singing bowls, tuning forks, and gongs to achieve balance and harmony in our modern lives. Healing frequencies and vibrations promote relaxation, reduce stress, and increase overall wellbeing. Our brainwaves synchronize with external rhythms and can facilitate deep states of meditation and inner peace.

Meditation

Meditation involves training the mind to cultivate awareness, presence, and inner stillness. By focusing and letting go of distractions, meditation cultivates a state of profound relaxation and clarity. Regular practice has been linked to reduced anxiety, improved focus, and emotional resilience.
