Amanda

She took her first yoga class in 2013 while on a journey for improved physical health. After just 1 class she felt stronger physically and mentally, and never looked back.

She began to realize that modern health is lacking a component of spiritual wellness that directly relates to overall well-being. So the day after graduating from nursing school, Amanda enrolled in yoga teacher training to deepen her understanding of spiritual and physical health and share it with others.

Amanda is a local Chelan resident and a registered nurse.

For fun she loves to road trip, hike, and spend time with friends and family, especially her two boys Mathew and Cody.

Kari

Kari’s energy is contagious, and her classes strike the perfect balance of challenge, fun, and feel-good movement. Whether you’re new to Hot Pilates or already a fan, you’ll leave class feeling strong, motivated, and supported.

Her yoga journey began with aerial yoga, drawn in by the excitement of flying through the air. From there, she discovered how essential movement was for her physical and mental well-being. When she found Hot Pilates, it brought her love for the practice to a whole new level. As a teacher, Kari is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming space filled with positive energy and purpose.

Off the mat, Kari shines in her role at Campbell’s Resort and stays deeply connected to the local community, making meaningful memories with those she loves.

Sometimes, you don’t know what you’re capable of until someone believes in you. Kari brings that belief into every class, helping you connect with your strength and potential.

Jonna

Jonna is a model of consistency and commitment in the Chelan wellness community. With over five years of teaching experience and a decade-long personal practice, she brings steady, grounded energy to every class.

Her teaching style blends vinyasa flow, gentle movement, and aerial yoga, offering a well-rounded experience for students of all levels. Jonna believes in yoga as a powerful tool for building strength, clarity, and confidence—on and off the mat.

Beyond the studio, Jonna is an active contributor to the community as a school-based yoga teacher, small business owner, and mom of three. She leads with heart and shows up fully for every role she holds.

Kelsey

We are honored and privileged at Brave Yoga Chelan to introduce you to yoga instructor, sound & energetic healer, Kelsey.

Kelsey was called to yoga 15 years ago when she was pregnant with her eldest son, to help offer reprieve from the high levels of stress she was experiencing.

Having struggled with addiction since her youth the practice has been an incredible tool helping her shift her reality from survive to thrive.

She has studied numerous styles of yoga, meditation, & energy healing with over 1000 training hours in hatha, restorative, yin, kundalini, kriya, meditation, & healing touch plus countless hours of self study in all things wellness, spiritually & how to live a fulfilling life while in this realm.

 

Kelly

With over 18 years of experience, she brings a grounded, joyful presence to every class. Her teaching draws from a rich background in Kriya, Ashtanga, Hatha, and Yin yoga, offering a thoughtful blend of breath, movement, and presence.

Kelly creates space for students to explore, connect, and find their own rhythm on the mat. Her classes are strong yet accessible, rooted in intention and lightened with a touch of humor.

Allie

Allie is bringing over 10 years of Barre experience, a passion for fun playlists, and a fresh new way to move with intention.

Allie’s classes blend ballet-inspired movement, low-impact strength work, and killer music. Expect a full-body burn that strengthens your core, improves posture, and leaves you feeling energized and empowered.

Whether you're new to Barre or a total regular, this class is for you. Come move, vibe, and feel strong.
