A 3-Day Yoga Training Series (90 min Sessions)


Empower. Express. Explore.

Introduce your child to the world of yoga, mindfulness, and creative expression in this playful and enriching series led by Jonna. Designed for ages 8–12 (with flexibility for ages 6–13 by approval), this unique experience blends foundational yoga practices with journaling, art, and peer-based leadership.

This is a 3-day series held over three summer mornings. Each 90-minute session offers movement, reflection, and creative exploration—while encouraging kids to find their voice and share what they’ve learned in a supportive group setting.

Inspired by the structure of a beginner yoga teacher training, Young Yogis helps kids build confidence, learn emotional regulation tools, and connect deeply with themselves and others.

What to Expect:

  • Daily yoga practice

  • Journaling, art, and creative reflection

  • Peer teaching moments to build voice and confidence

  • Community-based movement and partner work
